Gay Bautista is a family nurse practitioner, board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Gay began her nursing career in 2005. Her previous nursing experience includes both long-term and acute patient population. She received her Master’s Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from Northern Illinois University in May 2017. Prior to joining our practice, she was a cardiology nurse for almost 12 years at St Alexius Medical Center.
She is on staff at Northwest Community Hospital, Alexian Brothers Medical Center and St. Alexius Medical Center and will accept most insurance plans.
Gay is married, with 2 children and a beagle. She loves outdoors, particularly camping. Gay is committed to high standards of practice and patient advocacy. She believes that maintaining effective patient-provider relationship while cultivating compassion is vital in achieving her patients’ best possible state of health.
