As Founder and CEO of Healing Hands Primary Care, he has developed one of the region’s most respected multispecialty practices, recognized for its outcomes-driven care, patient safety, and integrated approach to primary and preventive health.
He also serves as Medical Director at Therapeutic Interventions, Inc., where he oversees complex rehabilitation and long-term care protocols, and has held senior leadership roles at Gentiva, Alden, and ManorCare. His work has shaped high-impact programs in hospice, skilled nursing, and chronic care, consistently improving patient outcomes.
Dr. Bala is a two-term former Chairman of Medicine at Northwest Community Hospital. He currently serves as Chairman of Networking for the Chicago Medical Management Association (CMMA), where he fosters clinical collaboration and practice development.
